Hello Dave ,

I read your artiicle on gratitude and was touched by it. It was very approriate for the thanksgiving season. I noticed it at the very time I was writing about Thanksgiving in a motivational self-help book I am writing, so I quoted you. I believe it is so important to have gratitude, yet often times we neglect to do that. After quoting you I wrote a prayer and here is a line from that prayer:"Lord, thank you that we find peace in those things that we have no control over and thank you for the understanding that we need to know when to take action and when to rest."

mind-body connection....
David,
Thank you. Having been on my own road to recovery from life-long, untreated PTSD these past 3 years... This article really covers and explains so simply (something i've not been able to accomplish myself ;) the life-threatening affects of PTSD And the channels and approaches needed to begin to understand the "whys & hows" and finally get the much needed help a PTSD sufferer needs to finally free themselves from this disorder.
Well Done!

David,
I really liked the article "Great Posture in Four Easy Steps"; I'm adding it to my repertoire of teaching tools for my clients. I am a massage therapist currently studying Hellerwork with Linda McClure.
