Initial Assessment
If you’d like more information about whether Hellerwork, Cranial Sacral Therapy, or Somatic Experiencing are appropriate for you, I am happy to offer a complimentary, 30 minute initial consultation. In this meeting we will discuss what you would like to address, and make a plan of treatment that best suits your specific needs. This is an opportunity to ask any questions you have about the process before beginning our work together. You’ll walk away from this session with a better sense of what you can do to start feeling better. Let me know in advance of a first session if this is something you’re interested in.
11 session Hellerwork series $2000 (discount of $200)
This is the original Hellerwork series with all the added benefit of significant additional training in how to work with the nervous system, the viscera and with Trauma. This is no basic Hellerwork series!
5 Session Core Integration Visceral Series $900
This is a deeper more specific series for advanced bodies and addresses both musculoskeletal and visceral imbalances. For more finely tuned bodies and those who’ve completed the Hellerwork series.
Individual Sessions for New Clients:
90 Minute Session $200
60 Minute Session $160
I’m happy to offer 60 minute sessions for those who are not able to afford my full rate. This is sometimes more appropriate for cranial sacral and somatic experiencing trauma resolution.
For Hellerwork sessions, this rate for 60 minute sessions is only available with an 11 session commitment.
